Data Element Scope: This value set was intended to identify patients who received a pneumococcal vaccine.

Inclusion Criteria: Includes the pneumococcal conjugate 13-valent and the pneumococcal polysaccharide 23-valent.

Exclusion Criteria: Excludes the pneumococcal conjugate 7-valent.
